FlashChat
FlashChat is a simple, customizable chat room that anyone can add to a PHP/MySQL-enabled website. It includes support for multiple chat forums, administrative controls, file-sharing, multi-byte languages, and IRC-like options, including /ban, /ignore, /alert, and dozens more. For a complete list of FlashChat's IRC options, refer to the , then click on the FlashChat link in the upper right corner of the screen. You will need to be a registered phpBB user before you may begin chatting. In addition to integrating with systems like phpBB, FlashChat comes with an advanced installer which can configure FlashChat to draw data from your very own (custom) user database!
